FAQs

Are there any color or size variations?

Yes – and that's intentional. Since many products are handmade and made from natural materials, slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur. This makes each piece unique.

Can I see the product in person?

Yes, you are welcome to visit us by appointment and take a closer look at the items. Just contact us using the form on the right.

Are the products weatherproof?

Many of our products are suitable for outdoor use – for example, our garden objects or planters. For wooden furniture, we recommend storing it in a sheltered area during periods of persistent rain or during the winter.

What if I don't like the product?

If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can of course return it within the scope of your right of withdrawal. You can find more information in our return policy or contact us directly.

How do I properly care for wood or stone?

Please wipe wood with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Occasionally treat oiled surfaces with a natural oil to maintain their protective effect.
You can clean stone with clean water and a soft brush. Please do not use acidic or harsh cleaning agents, as these can damage the natural surface.
